Term 4, Week 4

We had a great trip to Queens Park yesterday to visit the animals. Jen the keeper answered some of our questions and told us more about how they look after the animals. We got to to pat a very soft rabbit. Thank you to all the parents who came and helped us on our trip.

We all took photos of things we noticed on our ipads. We are wondering 

"What were the animals habitats?" 

"Why are their homes like that?"

We also had a visit from some friendly firemen and their fire truck. We had a close look at the fire truck and even got to spray the hose! Fireman Sam dressed up in all his fire safety gear, even his helmet and oxygen mask. Over the next few weeks we will be talking about fire safety.
